1. Architectural design. Using the natural conditions of the site, rationally design the building shape, orientation, floor space and window to wall (land) area ratio, so that the building obtains good sunshine, ventilation and lighting, and set up shading facilities as needed.
2. Building envelope structure.

3. Building lighting energy saving. Buildings should first make full use of natural daylighting, followed by energy-efficient lamps (such as LED lamps). Lighting energy saving needs to be illuminated according to the scene, strengthen the local working position lighting, and weaken the general average lighting. The working position near the outer window should use natural lighting as much as possible. Large public buildings should use intelligent control lighting energy-saving systems.
4. Building HVAC system energy saving. Efficient air conditioning units and air conditioners, efficient fans, and efficient pumps should be selected. The centralized air conditioning system has high energy consumption, and should adopt intelligent control technology and adopt careful management to achieve maximum energy saving.
5. Apply renewable energy. At present, the most common renewable energy source for buildings is solar energy, including photovoltaic power and solar water.
